Choose the intended fit first

Decide whether you want a regular, relaxed or oversized fit before selecting a size. Compare the listing measurements with a hoodie you already own. Chest width and body length are usually more reliable than a familiar letter size, while shoulder and sleeve measurements help with dropped-shoulder styles.

Read fabric claims carefully

Fabric composition, lining and garment weight affect warmth, drape and shipping weight. Look for close-up images of the exterior and interior. A product title may use broad terms, so treat photos and measurements as evidence and ask for clarification when a specific material is essential.

Warehouse QC for hoodies

First confirm the ordered color and size label. Request measurement photos when fit is important. Review front and back views for graphic placement, embroidery alignment, stains and obvious construction problems. For zip hoodies, check whether the zipper lies straight and closes correctly.

Color warning: warehouse lighting and screen settings can shift dark or muted colors. Ask for a neutral-light image if a precise shade matters to you.

Reduce unnecessary shipping volume

Hoodies are compressible but can be heavy. Simple protective wrapping usually keeps them compact. Vacuum packing may reduce volume on some routes, but it does not reduce actual weight and can temporarily crease the garment.

Use the full QC checklist before approval and compare packaging options in the shipping guide.
