Why QC photos matter
Warehouse quality-control photos are your best opportunity to catch an obvious mismatch or visible problem before international shipping. They cannot prove long-term durability or every hidden detail, but they can confirm the item, option, condition and major measurements.

Confirm the exact option first
Start with the simplest question: is this the item you ordered? Compare the warehouse photos with your saved option screenshot. Check color, pattern, size label and any included accessories. Lighting can change color, so ask for a daylight or neutral-light photo if the difference is important.
Use measurements for fit-sensitive items
Perspective makes visual estimates unreliable. For clothing, request chest width, length and other key dimensions. For shoes, request insole length when fit is uncertain. Compare the measurement with a similar item that fits you—not only with a generic conversion chart.
Review visible condition and construction
Zoom into high-resolution images and scan each side systematically. Look for marks, warped panels, damaged hardware, uneven edges or obvious alignment issues. Small differences that do not affect your use may be acceptable; the decision should reflect your priorities and the cost of replacement or return.
Approve, exchange or return
Approve only when the important checks are complete. If the item is clearly wrong or materially damaged, review the platform’s current return window and fees before choosing an exchange or return. Policies can vary by seller and service.
