What a received status means
The warehouse has associated the domestic parcel with your order. Photos, weight and storage status may update separately. Receiving does not mean that every construction detail or hidden function has been tested.
Review arrivals individually
Compare the color, size, model and quantity with the saved listing. Use the QC checklist for visible condition, symmetry and measurements. Ask a precise question when an image hides an important detail.
Separate storage from return deadlines
A storage allowance does not extend a seller's return window. Report a meaningful discrepancy promptly instead of waiting for every planned item to arrive. Check current account policies because deadlines and charges can change.
Plan consolidation around the contents
Decide whether retail packaging is necessary, whether fragile items need reinforcement, and whether restricted products must use different routes. Combining everything into one large parcel is not always the lowest-risk choice.
Check the parcel before payment
Confirm the delivery address, included items, route eligibility, declaration information and insurance choice. Save the final parcel weight, package dimensions, payment record and tracking number for comparison after delivery.
